*PLEASE READ the following terms and conditions, prior to booking your appointment:


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time and will result in loss of booking fee. For rescheduled appointments, booking fee will be transferred over to reserve your new booking. ONE rescheduling will be allowed, at the technician's discretion. After which, another booking fee will be required to schedule a new appointment.

For late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice), you will be charged half the cost of the balance due for service, no exceptions.

 

No Shows

No Shows will be charged the full balance due for service, no exceptions.

We allow a 10-minute grace period. One attempt to contact will be made, after which, your appointment will be canceled and the late cancellation fee of half the cost of the balance due, will be charged.

 

Studio Etiquette

No photo or video allowed by anyone during procedures.

No children or pets during your session. If your appointment is canceled due to you bringing children or pets, the late cancellation fee of half the cost of the balance due, will be charged.

 

DISCLAIMER

Although we stand by the quality of our work, you should note that due to its semi-permanent nature, microblading results cannot be guaranteed. Retention of the pigment and overall outcome depends solely on the client’s skin type, immunity, and how diligently they follow the aftercare instructions.

We reserve the right to refuse service in the event that client is deemed not suitable for the procedure, or if policy terms and conditions are not adhered to.
